I just noticed that I use one of the privacy focused reddit frontends for a RSS feed of all the Monero related subreddits, guess that too won't work anymore :(
Say, aren't you the guy that does Guerilla Marketing stickers? I'm in Holland and have been busy making my own, though they're a bit pricier through my supplier. I'm also busy designing some other Monero merch. Have you any suggestions on what kind of outdoorsy properties my stickers should have? This country loves lamppost tagging, stickers everywhere. Not sure there's a better word than "tagging" (that's often left to graffiti, no?) And if nobody else says it, I wanna thank you for everything you've already done, and continue to do. Love this community.
Jup. They would ideally be outdoor rated and most importantly, vinyl. Paper stickers just melt away after too much time in the rain :)

I'm so bummed it's this month. Had some unexpected bills hot on the heels of my new PC build (her name is Mone-Reesa, sorta like Mona Lisa), but I too was looking forward to it. Gotta sit this year out, I'm afraid. Sucks, because I'm not too far from Prague. Hope some day to actually meet/greet some in this community.
Aw that really sucks :/ Hope that at least the PC is great. Perhaps you can organize a meetup close to where you are located if traveling isn't an option?

I agree with you as an anarchist and privacy enthusiast! Monero.house is the perfect place for monero community to stay (decentralized federation forum, as Monero blockchain focused on total privacy). At least this is the first step for monero community to logout from Reddit (they don't give a cent care about privacy, major stackholder owned by Tencent). I know monero.house is not total privacy as any other platform. But hey, for openess and user friendly to share with other non monero people, this is a very big step in my opinion of course.

I'm excited about this platform, never heard of Lemmy before this. What's nice is seeing new comments immediately posted, rather than having to refresh the page to load the new content. Not sure what this feature is called, but I'm digging it nevertheless. Lots of questions regarding Lemmy. I'm sure as Led Zeppelin said in Kashmir, "All will be revealed"
I'm sure a lot of thought went into making Monero.House and I'm sure we'll all greatly benefit. Thanks for coming and enjoy your stay!

Reddit was a leftist cesspool of total censorship where I had to self censor all the time. It had become nauseating.
No censorship as long as comments are made in relevant communities/discussions and don't get me in trouble for hosting them (no calls to violence, etc)
Glad to be here on Lemmy. I feel like Reddit really has shot themselves in the head with this API nonsense after years of lesser bad decisions.
