Please don’t ask why I need this.

It would be great if the food also made me sweat a lot.

It doesn't need to be something I can easily find.

Spicy food and lots of legumes. At the end of day 2 eat some half rotten flesh.

Any street food vendor in a shaddy back will gladly help you acheive your goals.

I'd probably just camp out at a Brazilian steakhouse, personally. Make sure to eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water, too, to keep you running consistently.

Murgh phaal / bhut jolokia curry, oatmeal, and coffee. You'll be sweating, pooping, and probably crying for an additional three days.
