This article right after the Belichick rumors just stinks like a week old fish. Patriots locker room is just in a horrible place, but I thought the “patriot way” was the gold standard of professional sports! /s

He should be equally infuriated with the Patriots. He has made some pretty incredible throws on the season only for his teammates to not catch them
Considering the mess the Patriots are in I'm not sure I'd been putting much stock in the opinion of people inside the organization
Mac hasn't been playing great but that roster is a barren wasteland of offensive talent.
You love to see it.
And fans
Tom Brady is the only reason the Pats were good
and now Mac Jones is the only reason the Pats are bad.
There were no other factors. NOT EVEN WIND.
The solution is right there: hire Josh McDaniels. Mac actually looked good his rookie year with Josh calling plays. Maybe his confidence is shit and he’s damaged beyond repair, but you might as well try.
I actually have been loving it
Maybe Jones would be doing better if his receivers weren't guys fantasy owners pick up Sunday morning on waivers to fill in for a bye week.
Why don't the Patriots sign Sammy Watkins while they're at it?
The issue is that he hasn't been given much help here. Matt Patricia and Joe Judge and Bill O'brien aren't the greatest hires. He doesn't have the greatest passing targets to work with either. He is not being put in a position to succeed by the Patriots.
so much dirt coming out of the org right now lol
Howell truthers love this one Mac....
Infuriated people outside the organization too.
Mac's agents suck, he is constantly having fake rumors spread about him on here
My issue with him is that he seems wildly mediocre while also being kind of a prick. It's a bad combo.
Do game tape breakdowns bear this out, or is he just stuck on a team with the most CPU-created Madden players imaginable
Zappe timee!
Someone is going to have to tell the Patriots fanbase they are not actually inside the organization.
Mac Jones reportedly ‘infuriated’ with Patriots organization for giving him zero help on offense
I wouldn't even think about firing the coach.. I would talk to him about tanking for a QB like the Spurs did for Wemby.. I watched the last Patriots game and some of the throws he makes are just bad.. At first I blamed him having no WRs but he's really just a poor decision maker.
Patriots org decision making has 'infuriated' players inside the patriots team
So, fire him.
Yes, lose out a compensatory pick, lose the locker room and then eat a bunch of cap space signing a backup for the backup you just promoted. Brilliant.
So they’re mad at their own poor coaching? Got it.
Brady was “the Patriot Way” and it’s more obvious by the day
They should just play the injury riddled Bills defense every week.
He's been bad, but part of this is probably people inside the Patriots organization unable to accept that the average quarterback is not Tom Brady and can't fix everything himself. Might be time to reexamine other aspects of the organization as well.
"They've been sold this smart, efficient, game-managing quarterback and they're not getting it."
That's on the organization...
They would GLADLY take average.
He's bottom tier
Maybe they could’ve made sure Mac Jones’ decision making improved this season if they had better coaching last season…
For all Mac’s faults and limitations. The hiring of Patricia to oversee their offense would have killed any young QB’s career,
Well I hope so lol
Mac Jones: *puts in new toilet paper roll with the open end facing towards the wall*
Everybody else in the Patriots organization: You motherfucker...
It’ll be at least 10 years before I’m willing to feel bad for the Patriots.
It’s infuriating people outside the organization too
Outside of it, too.
Mac Jones kicking people in the nuts on and off the field
I'm not saying he'll ever be 'good' but Mac is going to leave and people are going to be stunned when he looks at bare-minimum competent as a QB again (provided he ends up in a quality organization).
It seems he’s a lock for at least 2 truly awful decisions and throws. Not great considering his escape abilty and pocket awareness are suboptimal. Time to move on when your ceiling is Ryan Tannehill.
Ok
In other news, water is wet.
Me too thanks
Don't worry fam, I'm sure these leaked thoughts from anonymous sources in the Pats org will help with Mac's trust issues
They’ve been sold this smart, efficient, game-managing quarterback and they’re not getting it.
They should sue whoever sold them damaged goods! Really though as frustrated as they are with Mac the language used in the article reeks of lack of accountability from the front office staff. Could just be poor journalism, idk.
