United fans have been praising Maguire lately like he's the second coming of Jesus because he's been performing against relegation candidates at the bare minimum standard expected from a professional footballer. He's a constant liability.

And he made the error that gave the ball away in the first place. It’s a typical error he has been previously making for Utd. But apparently now he’s made it through some easy games he has redeemed himself.

It equaled itself out with the second call though.

It's obvious from this clip why the ref didn't give the penalty - he was looking up the pitch in the other direction.
