A self-proclaimed data enthusiast calling themselves ‘ThinkingOne’ has made a huge database containing 201 million pieces of user data from X freely available. The data is said to have come from two previous leaks and includes email addresses, locations and profile data of users of the social media platform.

"It's just possible that you, a sentient being with active sensory input, have cause for concern about the security of data hosted both in the United States and by Microsoft. GitHub has been ubiquitous and indispensable for technologists. But maybe it's time to reconsider that status."

Meta is worried that the expected DMA ruling against Meta’s “pay or consent” model could impact its European revenue, which accounts for almost a quarter of its overall earnings, by forcing the company to allow European users to limit personalized ads on Facebook and Instagram for free.

The article title is a bit of a misnomer because apparently they only surveyed western Europeans rather than people across Europe. But still it's interesting.

These survey results appear in the article:

A graph showing the percentages of people in seven European countries who support retaliatory tariffs against the USA. 79% of people in Denmark either support or fully support such tariffs. The other countries listed are Sweden, Spain, France, the UK, Germany, and Italy. Italy has the lowest level of combined support and strong support, at 56%. More details can be seen at the article that this post links to.

A logo I made in support of this movement. It's simple, but it gets the point across, lol. More are to be posted in the future!

The same logo I posted previously, but the text is thicker than Trump's and Musk's skulls combined.

U.S. stocks kick off the week under renewed pressure as investors await President Donald Trump's Wednesday tariff announcement. Investors seek havens, pushing up gold and pulling down Treasury yields.

My boomer mum is like this.

She keeps saying I should reverse what I've done so far because it's making my life more inconvenient and stressful.

I'm not listening to her obviously, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having to deal with this bollocks.
