DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — With flies buzzing all around them, the woman and her daughter picked through the pile of garbage bags for scraps of food at the foot of a destroyed building in Gaza City. She found a small pile of cooked rice, a few scraps of bread, a box with some smears of white cheese still inside.

Islam Abu Taeima picked soggy bits from a piece of bread and put the dry part in her sack. She will take what she found back to the school where she and hundreds of other families live, boil it and serve it to her five children, she said.

“Hordes of hungry people broke into WFP’s al-Ghafari warehouse in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, in search of food supplies that were pre-positioned for distribution,” WFP said in a statement, which warned of “alarming and deteriorating conditions on the ground”.

“Humanitarian needs have spiralled out of control after 80 days of complete blockade of all food assistance and other aid into Gaza,” the statement said. “Gaza needs an immediate scale-up of food assistance. This is the only way to reassure people that they will not starve.”

At dawn on Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces carried out two new massacres in the central and northern Gaza Strip, while intensifying their bombardment of residential areas.

According to medical sources cited by Al-Jazeera, at least 14 Palestinians were killed in Israeli shelling across the northern and central parts of the enclave since midnight.

Al-Jazeera reported that eight people were killed and several others injured when Israeli airstrikes targeted the home of journalist Osama al-Arbid’s family in the Saftawi neighborhood in northern Gaza.

In one video, a large crowd of panicked civilians, including women and children, can be seen running away from the distribution site, trampling the fencing."

Journalists in the besiged Gaza Strip said hungry and beleagured residents forced to stand outside a facility holding aid rushed inside because of delays conducting detailed security checks on recepients.

According to Israeli army sources cited by Israeli media, Americans affiliated with the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation had to be rescued once they lost control of the facility."

MATW claims to still be distributing food via local distributors inside blockades. Does anyone have information on MATW or other charities on the ground? Is there somewhere folks can donate money that actually translates to more food for the starving?

problem is not Netanyahu, it is not Ben Gvir. it is the white supremacist mindset of Israeli public.
