While looking for open source dive log applications on F-Droid (in preparation for my Advanced Open Water Certification) and I found an app called Subsurface and apparently it is as developed by none other than Linus Torvalds himself.

I also found this neat YouTube video of Dirk Hohndel talking about scuba diving with Linus.

I took this at Apo Island Dauin, Philippines. A cooperative turtle and dive buddy.

This Pygmy Seahorse was photographed a few years ago in Pemuteran, North Bali. I think it's a pregnant male.

This was taken while diving in the Similan Islands, Thailand. I was diving on the liveaboard M/V Pawara.

The biggest eel I have ever seen living on a shipwreck near Grand Baie, Mauritius. I have video of it just two weeks later with the throat cut open.

I took this photo a few years ago when I was diving near Phi Phi Island, Thailand. One of my all time favorite dive photos.
