I’m in the Loopring wallet and i wanted to stake my Ethereum so i go and check my options and see something that looks too good to be true honestly, so I’m curious to see if anyone else is using this staking method. Loopring supports Lido and Rocketpool staking and they offer the usual 3.5-3,8% APR. However i saw this other method of staking, CIAN offering 9% and i started wondering what it is and how come it offers such high APR. Tried to look it up but the only results that i can find on Reddit are posts on the Loopring sub and not really much info about it there. Anyone knows if it’s safe to stake with them? Is anyone currently staking with Cian and are you getting the 9% promised?

Has anyone been keeping an eye on the mobile coin/token from helium network? I thought my miner investments were a complete waste of money and time spend. However since it has risen about 2000% last month i have suddenly made a giant profit of wich I have taken some. Any expectations from you guys? For now i have kept my miners running with all hnt locked in for 4 years with the 300x booster (early lock is over now) and all delegated to mobile. Had a part on iot but have changed that after I noticed the major difference in price action for obvious reasons..

I'm looking for a crypto strategy for bot. I already have a test bot with Binance API. I can try strategies retroactively or instantaneously, I was able to get 20% increase per hour on some strategies but it didn't last very long :) (works in 1 minute intervals). if you have a successful strategy and you do not have software knowledge, I can turn your strategy into code. Remember, the bot can analyze hundreds of coins in seconds and trade in the most suitable one. Current bot analyzes 470+ coins on binance

Ok, so this weekend a friend of mine decided to get into crypto. Naturally (like 99% of non-coiners out there) he purchased his first few coins from a CEX and left them there.

It took me a while to explain the importance of holding your assets only in your own custody and it took another long time to explain the concept of private keys.

What's the best way to hammer this concept home when talking to newbies? I see many people repeating the same mistakes that will eventually lead us to MtGox - TradeOgre and FTX disasters 2.0. Thanks!

I started my Twitter (now X) account when the sky was falling. Literally.

❌ Celsius = bankrupt

❌ Voyager = bankrupt

❌ BlockFi = bankrupt

❌ Babel = bankrupt

❌ Hodlnaut = bankrupt

❌ FTX = bankrupt

The 2022/23 bear market was the worst in crypto history. It was peak FUD.

Every day I would see people calling for Nexo bankruptcy with catchy slogans like: “Nexo is Nexto” and “Nexo is Rekto” (hence my username) 😂

People with financial interests and other opportunists were literally HOPING that we lose our money.

But I genuinely knew that Nexo was different. They did things differently. The vision was bigger. The management was smarter. The product was better.

That’s why I started this account.

Today, I have been tweeting every single day for 400 days straight.

Over this period Nexo has weathered every single storm in this crazy market. Not only that, but how many new products and features have we seen added during this time?

It's difficult for me to not have trust in Nexo at this point.

Sometimes it’s hard to find real value in crypto. But it’s clear as day to me — Nexo is different.

💙

Obviously ADA, SOL and ICP will be in there what else is hated in this sub hard enough that it’ll probably pump its brains out in the near future?

I am aware this post will also comeback and bite me in the backside when the great correction comes to claim us before the halving but..I will admit I have a bag of each of the above and I’m not looking for the pro’s and con’s as I’ll do my own research. I have noticed that over the last few weeks the most hated of Coins and tokens in this sub has done really well. So, in the interest of diversifying my portfolio give me this subs most hated coins that are nothing but vapourware and hopium.

Well isn’t that just bloody convenient:

“In another green shoot, some in the industry see the year’s rally as mostly driven by financial institutions, with individual investors more sidelined by the collapse of several big crypto exchanges and lenders in 2022 & 2023”

@CoinEdition

Yet the bigger tragedy is the article frames the collapse of Retail as a “Green Shoot”. Like “Yay, institutions managed to asset bubble retail into non existence!”

wtf…

Why is it that so many folks decide to sell at a loss instead of waiting for their position to improve? Not talking about daily traders here, thinking more of long-term investment strategy. Typically, I am thinking about situations where things are on the downslide in general. Perhaps it is my stubbornness or desire to actually profit, but if I buy a crypto and it goes down, I don't sell it because I would be losing money, I just wait for it to go back up. Why wouldn't everyone just do this, as opposed to taking a loss?

I am new to this sub reddit and have been in the crypto space for 2.5 years now. Sorry, if this has been asked and answered already.

I have 80% BTC and 20% ETH. I became a maxi last year so stopped adding to ETH (used to have 50-50) and DCA'd only BTC during the last year. But didn't want to sell ETH in loss then so left it as it is in the intention to convert it to BTC in the next bull run. Now BTC holding is in green but ETH is still not. BTC has gone up 148% and ETH only 79% this year. What is the best course of action?

a). I didn't convert ETH to BTC last year because it was in red and bull hasn't started. It is still the same case now so there is no reason to sell ETH now. Also, it is BTC that always goes up first in the beginning of the bull cycle and ETH/alts follow later on. So hold on another year or so and sell ETH to BTC when we go higher up in the bull cycle.

b). The 2017 and 2021 bull cycles were driven by factors which impacted crypto markets equally, like 2017 we had new exchanges coming up and 2021 we had quantitative easing and lot of money came into the markets equally. But this time it is different. The main leaver for bull run is Bitcoin ETF which is going to impact BTC more than other cryptos. Even though an ETH ETF is in pipeline, it is comparatively more negative to ETH as ETH is PoS. The ETH futures too had a poor start (2m traded vs 1b traded in BTC on first day). So sell now while BTC is still in 40k+ and enjoy the ETF run.

Pls upvote either (a) comment or (b) comment based on what you think seems more right. If you want to add details, pls feel free to add. Thanks in advance.

I haven’t had much to do with crypto since eth mining.

I decided to buy some BTC and send it to my cold wallet, however the feel was like $40 dollars for less than one hour and even <24 was still about $22 I think.

I’m assuming it’s network congestion but why? What causes it to be so high atm?!

It looks as if it’s been relatively high for a while now, what gives? Have I missed something that’s responsible for this or is it genuinely just the volume of transactions at the moment?

Also considering adding some other coins to my offline wallet. I’m UK bases and have uses coinbase but wondering where you buy from personally?

Had to re type this post because messages require a minimum of 500 characters here?!
