Most people know of the disasterous launch of (Legacy) Fallout: The Frontier, but did you know about the rework which is underway? That's right, The Frontier's release is still ahead of us, and the team released a master document outlining their plans for the future early September, last year.

P.S: The rework is currently looking for chinese-american voice actors fluent in both mandarin and english for an upcoming faction, if this sounds like you, please consider applying!

So, What's the Plan? Of course I can't just sit back and wait for a community to form around me, so I've decided to make a few changes around here.

• A fresh Coat of Paint: I'm sure returning community members will have noticed that the community looks different, complete with a new icon and banner. It's not much, but it's home.
• A Little More Activity: I plan on personally increasing the community's activity through the occasional post, and a dedication to assisting and responding to any posts left by community members.
• New Featured Posts: Inspired by r/skyrimmods's "Best Mods For..." series, I will be creating featured posts, which will be pinned to the top of the community on a schedule. These will be community discussions, themed around a specific topic, which will help compile mod recommendations and conversations. Suggestions for featured posts are encouraged!

With the recent successes of Community Shaders for Skyrim, I think it's apt that I shout-out Fallout: New Vegas' very own graphics extender, New Vegas Reloaded. While unfortunately only officially available through Discord, New Vegas Reloaded is a true game changer, and is absolutely worth your attention!

Speaking of the power of Bozar: Back in 2003, after finishing the game for the first time, I was wandering the desert in post-game and randomly encountered a group of deathclaws. Thinking nothing of it, I pulled out a Bozar and burst-fired at a deathclaw the furthest away from me, at the very edge of the screen. The shot critted, and the deathclaw got obliterated with the sum damage of 1101 points. I still occasionally play Fallout to this day, but have never seen anything remotely close to this kind of damage. Ever since, I keep the screenshot of that encounter in a special folder on my hard drive.
