Major Order / Briefing

Upon each Barrier Planet now stands a network of massive Termicide-dispensing towers: the Terminid Control System (TCS). Once activated, the TCS will exterminate every Terminid on that planet, and inoculate it against all future infestations.

However, surges in Terminid activity have forced the SEAF Engineers to evacuate. Now, only the Helldivers can ensure the safety of our citizens. The TCS must be activated—at any cost.

As title says, keen to discuss any ideas for features or gameplay enhancements that could make HD2 even better!

Mine are:

1. A startegem that allows you to view the battlefield top down from space to aim/zoom and fire/manoeuvre projectile(s).

2. Text chat and game stats available on the un-skippable post game wrap up screens.

3. Armour with a self-destruction feature, with visible countdown limited uses. Watch out for friendlies!

Any goods peoples on Lemmy know where I can find the sounds from the game?

Right now I just need ¡Helldiver a la capsula Hell! as a ringtone so it will end with recording the game but it is sad that even the soundboards from the first game seem to have disapeared from the internet

Paused. Galactic War has been frozen since Friday's exosuit surge. I'm guessing the war will resume sometime this week. No official message from Arrowhead. Enjoy your exosuit mission stratagem while they are still available.

The Automatons captured Tien Kwan, which was home to the sole Morgunson Arsenal producing Exosuits—new, powerful weaponry that was slated for imminent fleetwide deployment. The Automatons do not appear to have discovered the Arsenal yet, but it is only a matter of time.

We must retake Tien Kwan immediately. If we fail, the Automatons will steal the Exosuit technology for themselves, and deployment of this powerful weaponry will be severly delayed.

Super Earth High Command issued a Defence Campaign on Angel's Venture. The tyrannical Terminid hive mind must have sense the reallocation of Helldivers to Tien Kwan and launch an attack on Angel's Venture.

The socialist Automatons overran the Defence Campaign on Ustotu, cutting off Vanalon IV. Super High Earth has issued a Liberation Campaign on Ustotu.

The Helldivers were able to serve justice in Veld and eliminate the remaining Terminid spores.
