End of last year they removed bundling discount and put up my broadband monthly fee. Now they’re discontinuing my unlimited family mobile plan eg now has a data limit, plus the price has gone up. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, but I’m sick of their shit. Over and out OneNZ ya greedy pricks. Out of interest has anyone had experience with 2Deg’s mobile broadband vs fibre? Cheers.

I have lived abroad for almost a decade and have saved up enough to return to NZ. So you can say I am a wee bit disconnected. I don’t mean to be an ass and I know they’re there for a good cause but some of people they get to work for them can be so over the top, this last month I’ve been yelled at to try get my attention, had one young guy walk in front of me to stop me, been cursed at for ignoring. I live in a old apartment in Auckland central.

I like it and I have an ok relationship with the landlord.

The building needs to be rewired because of its age.

The work will require the power to my unit to be off for most hours of most working days for two weeks.

This is double frustrating because I work from home.

I feel that it's fair to ask for a discount on rent for this period of time.
