I live in a basement one bedroom studio and the owner lives upstairs, rent includes electricity. Informed her today I’m having a baby and her first reply was you’re going to use more electricity and she sent me a 90 days eviction notice.

Worst part is that she is asking for extra rent the day baby is born as the original agreement was only for 2 occupants.

Even if I agree to her terms she will be around 240$ richer which shows how greedy she is(sucking the last dollar out of me before I leave).

I will start looking for option tomorrow and will try my best to leave even before Bub arrives to avoid all this bullshit but really heartbroken.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the teething problem with the delivery of food will not continue into the next week. The company responsible for the providing of food has also failed to provide the required special dietary meals both days this week.

We recommend that those caregivers of students with dietary requirements provide their own lunches until this problem is sorted out. Furthermore, as it seems likely lunches will continue to be delivered at the second Break, for those that require food earlier we recommend lunch is provided to them.

We will endeavour to provide a snack during Break 1 and our canteen is also open where students are able to purchase a range of food.

We will keep you updated with any information we receive our school's web site and instagram page.

Also the portion sizes are tiny, looks like around 75% the size of an airline main meal. These are active kids. Simply not good enough. Someone should ask Seymour if he thinks he could survive on that for lunch.

"Between about 6pm last night and 3am this morning, we've located over 50 earthquakes just to the north of Taupō. The earthquakes were not continuous, with most occurring before 11pm and another burst around 3am this morning with few events since then.

Swarms of earthquakes are common in geothermal areas like this and most geothermal areas near Taupō are areas of concentrated activity.

Although the GeoNet website and app report the earthquakes as “unnoticeable” or “weak” shaking, this does not account for how shallow the earthquakes are or how close people live to them – our team based in Taupō have definitely been feeling them too!

The rate of earthquakes is higher than we normally observe in the area, so we'll continue to monitor the activity. We’ll provide updates if activity changes or increases."
