We know that Black S has survived the MA arc and is now living with Saitama in the Hero Association headquarters. His plan is to stay with Saitama and pretend to be a Monkey and try to replenish his Cell stock by eating Protein. He get's a lot of Dog food, because Rover only eats the Meat he get's from the Fubuki group. So Black S get's both his and Rover portion, also I'm pretty sure he takes every opportunity to eat even more. Like steal food from heroes or eat some bugs or small Animals if he can find some. I think since the MA arc multiple days or weeks have past and he possible already has more than a thousand cells back, maybe even more than 10k.

That obviously isn't enough. Black S know how strong Saitama is, maybe not the full extend but he knows that Saitama is far stronger then Platinum S was. PS got beaten by Garou and he knows Saitama beat Garou with a single punch. He needs a lot more Cells then he originally had. Golden S had 55 trillion and the he combined it with "only" 11 trillion but PS was still far stronger than GS. It looks like an exponential groth in strength the more cells he fuses. My guess is that he plans to get to 100 Trillion.

To achive that he needs mlre then just Dog food, he has to eat larget Animals, Humans or even Monsters. I also think it would be cool if he discovers protein powder xD maybe one day he breaks into a factory that produces protein powder. That would replenish a lot of his cells for sure.

Now for what he will do then. I think either he will stay evil and become an important Villain in a future arc or he will become a hero fighting against God together with the other Heroes.

If he stays evil I think he will build a Monster Army simillar to the Monster Association. Originally he wanted to become the Monster King so that would make sense. I could see that someday Saitama and some other really strong Heroes like Tatsumaki, Genos, King maybe even Garou and Blue, join Blast and his friends to fight God in a different Dimension. Then with the top Heros gone a War will start. One part of the earth is ruled by Monsters led by Black S. The other Part are the remaining humans ruled by Metal Knight. Some of the heros will be between both fronts, the fight Monsters but also want to overthrow Metal Knight. It would be cool if Darkshine has a rematch with Golden S. Maybe he regains his confidence or learns about fighting spirit and then becomes a true hero.

When Saitama and the others come back, they have to end the war and reunite everyone for a final battle with God.

Void's plan feels odd to me. Let’s assume he genuinely doesn’t know that God can instantly kill and reclaim the powers from his avatars. What makes him think everyone will just rally behind the idea of fighting God? What if some avatars are perfectly content serving God, others are too terrified of God to rebel, and some simply go, "Forget this, I’m doing my own thing," once they regain self-awareness? It seems like he’s overlooking a lot of potential complications for a plan that will ultimately cost him his life.

Also, about the whole Garou’s power opposes God' idea—wasn’t Garou under God’s influence up until this point? How is his power meant to give resistance God’s mind control, when he himself couldn't resist it? Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought this scene clearly showed that God was influencing Garou the entire time.
