Being a Mac user for 7+ years, suddenly I have developed a love for windows. This is not just with computer operating system, but with mobiles too. Started hating iPhone or lost interest and I have my primary number in a Samsung S24U. I am kinda losing the apple's charm or whatever you call it. Feels mundane and boring.

Have ya faced this?

My dad wants install a Ring camera, but for safety's sake, I implored him to change our AV from Norton to something else.

The reason why we have Norton is because they bought out BullGuard AV, which we used beforehand, and my dad didn't want to change it.

I know Norton, along with McAfee, is a very weak AV (or at the very least used to be), but my dad isn't convinced since his 'research' says otherwise.

Who's in the right, and what can I do to convince him if I'm right?

Cheers

Hello. Was wondering did 7800x3d suddenly had price increase around world. Couple weeks ago my brother purchased 7800x3d for approximately 390$. Last Friday I was going to buy one for myself and price was 430$ so I thought it’s was weekend increase and price would go down come Monday. Hell no yesterday it rises to 470$ and today it’s 480$. 😬 😬 Whats even wired 5800x3d is now 560$ and I purchased my 10 days ago for 390$ and returned it after couple of days thinking of going for AM5 but wasn’t sure if I should go and use 390$ for entry level cpu motherboard and ram or maybe save more for better parts. Whats the reason that it cost more now than when it was launched. I know that there was quite a hype for this CPU but that alone cant be only reason can it.

So, you're ready to build your dream PC, and you're wondering about CPU cooling. There are two main

options: liquid metal and thermal paste. Let's break down the pros and cons. Liquid Metal: The Cool Kid

• Pros: Super efficient at transferring heat. Can keep your CPU cooler than thermal paste.

• Cons: Can be messy and tricky to apply. Can damage your hardware if you're not careful. Thermal

Paste: The Reliable Champ

• Pros: Easy to apply and less risky. Works well with most CPU coolers.

• Cons: Not as efficient as liquid metal at transferring heat. Why You Might Want to Stick with Thermal Paste:

• Risk: Liquid metal can damage your CPU or motherboard if you mess up.

• Compatibility: It might not work with all CPU coolers.

• Difficulty: Applying liquid metal is like walking a tightrope. One wrong move, and you could mess things up. Conclusion: Liquid metal is like the Ferrari of CPU cooling, but it's also a bit risky. Thermal paste is like the reliable Toyota: it gets the job done without all the drama. Choose wisely! I want to hear your opinion about it!!!!
