Give it up for Chuckles and the live band! Seriously!! 👏👏👏👏

Limiter Cut - Band Name

2Dos - Lead Guitar / Vocals

Metallama - Lead Vocals

The Sound Defense - Drums

SquidDilla - Bass

Brandino59 - Roadie

Holy what was that?! That was absolutely exceptional. Truly exciting and one of the most hyped up runs of I think any GDQ event I've seen ever.

To see a whole hotel room full of people rocking out has made the event for me. What will SGDQ2025 bring to top this?!

And we hit that 1.8 MILLION!!! LET'S HIT THAT 2MILLION MILE STONE! :D

Mitchriz and Xendir commentary was fantastic. The red bear boss was so close! Absolutely awesome race. Just one of the best runs this GDQ. Make sure to put this on your must watch list if you missed it!

Original Title: Me and my friends decided to play Disney's 102 Dalmatians together, it was supposed to be just for fun... until we got so competitive over it that all 3 of us ended on the top 10 for the retroachievements leaderboards for the first boss, so that was fun

I'm always impressed by the Tetris runners, but to be able to play at that level while also commentating (and in Eric's case with one missing button) is amazing.

A hardmode mod any% of Vice City is nuts. Ben was stressed out due to some insanely bad luck, but put on a great show regardless! Good job man, everyone is supporting you.

Really cool game to see where the Insomniac roots come from, may not have too many tricks, but it's a really good run, wish we have more old timey PS1 games in the schedule in future GDQ's

The three runners are bringing a great mix of information and skill, they've obviously spent a lot of time planning out every part of the commentary, and they're having a ton of fun doing it. Even with it being a remote run, the audience and chat are also obviously really having a good time. I just felt like I had to say something because of how much I'm enjoying this showcase. Love to see the passion here.

Seriously, give it up for Brynato and couch co: Tomatoangus, Adef and Bluetarget.

I think by now, we all know Brynato is a veteran of GDQ, but neither I could imagine seeing a COD game being played by him live!

I've watched this guy for so many years and it's just ridiculous how easily chill, funny, relaxing and fun to watch, whatever he plays!

Amazing run, great laughs and games and thank you once again being on GDQ! :)

Bryanato, Tomatoanus, Adef, and Bluetarget did an excellent job. The run has a lot of complexity thats explained well.

First time I've seen this speedrun as well, so the nostalgia hits hard and the run is super impressive.

The commentary is both informative and funny. Which isn't surprising given they are all some of the most entertaining runners in our hobby. Just an amazing run.

Bryanato with the detailed shout outs, even shouts out his dog watcher he hired. Dudes a legend. Lol

There were some things in the speedrun I didn't explain very well and a lot I didn't have the chance to explain at all, so I figured this would be a good idea despite the risk of seeming self-important.

For reference, here's the video of my run.

Hi all! Long-time lurker, first-time poster here. I used to miss AGDQ live back when I had to go to CES for work. Since leaving my old job, my partner and I have made watching AGDQ live an annual tradition. As I'm a writer by trade, I just published an essay / love letter to GDQ and its community of Harlem Globetrotter-tier players.

But I promise this isn't about self promotion, though obviously I'm happy to share my love. Rather, I know there are thousands of videos on GDQ's YouTube channel, and I've probably missed a few of the truly iconic videos.

I know there are several best-of-GDQ threads, so at risk of narrowing the request: what are some of the most unique / wild / weird moments and events in speedrun history? (I have GDQ on the mind but any run is great.) Things like Peanut Butter the dog, Mario 64 drum%, and even the blindfold Rubik's cube moment mid-NES Mario race this year.

This subreddit has been so great year-round, thanks all!
