Wok cooking at its finest.

Two modifications I would recommend to her cooking style:

  • Swap out the cooking oil for real fat
  • Choose a shrimp, tamarind paste that is low carb

Ingredients:

  • salted eggs
  • diced pork (or beef)
  • cooking fat (she uses veggie oil, but I don't recommend)
  • lettuce
  • fresh chilis
  • shrimp paste
  • tamarind paste -diced garlic

Basically its a traditional dish to get rid of leftovers, so you can't go wrong.

Similar to Japanese Sashimi, this dish uses fresh uncooked shrimp soaked in fish sauce. The quality of this dish requires good shrimp, and excellent fish sauce.

fresh raw shrimp soaked in Thai fish sauce and served with chunks of gourd, cloves of garlic, chilies, and spicy sauce

The video is great energy great video production values. Some of the 1990's sound effects - are just state of the art lol.
