Took "only" 100+ tries and quite an amount of stress but void dirigible, title and those achievements are pretty cool rewards. For those interested, i killed it on enh shaman ilvl 618, using raid talents + jet stream and thunderous paws, so with spirit walk i had three ways how to remove that brutal acidic spittle. Other than that, have patience, have cooldowns for eggs and dodge everything. And pray for good RNG (meaning - placement of some of his abilities, although you should probably always wait a little before you jump right at eggs and then he kills you with his fear or more often his cone of death).

I'm not a hardcore m+ player, but I'm trying to get better. Other than rotations, interrupts and defensives, i'm also trying to get better gear for my chars. I know that when in doubt between 2 items the answer is always "sim it!" to see what's better.... but the first part is actually acquiring the new gear, lol.

For most of the time I'm always checking archongg to figure out what I should be looking for, but it gets pretty tiring clicking all the links for all the slots to figure out WHICH dungeon you should be farming, or what other content may have gear you could use.

So after a month trying to control that using google sheets, I decided to build a tool for it. And here we are.

It works pretty simple. You paste you simcraft/raidbots (/simc) string and the tool will crosscheck that against archon gear rankings to show you:

• where your slots are in the ranking.

• an overview of the possible upgrades.

• every upgrade grouped by source.

I know that blindy following BiS lists is not optimal, but at least this gave nice suggestions.

I also know that this late into the season there aren't a lot of people gearing up, so it's actually the perfect time to work on the tool and get it ready/better for season 2 :)

The rare daily quest, Aid from Nordrassil is up today in Mechagon! (US, not sure if it's up in EU).

For background, one of the Farewell to Arms achievements is Mecha-Done, and a sub achievement for that is Available in Eight Colors.

A lot of people have an issue getting the Overload Orange to drop. It can either drop off of the Crazed Trogg, or off of a rare that spawns with this event: The Fungarian Furor.. To spawn him, run around the quest area and click on the white mushrooms.
