Hi everyone!

I’d like to introduce Enhance QoL, my first add-on for World of Warcraft. After years of juggling countless add-ons to fine-tune my experience, I decided to create something simpler—a single add-on that bundles a lot of small but impactful quality-of-life improvements into one package.

The goal of Enhance QoL is to enhance the base functionality of WoW with tweaks that feel natural and intuitive, all while remaining lightweight and performance-friendly. Every feature is optional, so you can enable only what you need.

Key Features

Character Frame Enhancements

• Display item level, gem slots, and enchantments on the Character Frame.

• Show item durability and ilvl on equipment in bags.

• View detailed information for inspected players, including gems and enchants.

Granular Tooltip Customization

• Decide when and where tooltips appear (general, combat, dungeons).

• Add extra info to tooltips, like item IDs, spell IDs, and NPC IDs.

• Show Mythic+ score, dungeon best times, and class colors directly in tooltips.

Quest Automation

• Automatically accept and complete quests, with options to:

• Ignore daily/weekly or trivial quests.

• Exclude specific NPCs (e.g., by targeting or opening their Gossip window).

Vendor Management

• Automatically sell junk items and unwanted gear based on:

• Item rarity and level differences.

• Drag-and-drop functionality for inclusions/exclusions.

Dungeon Enhancements

• Sort Dungeon Browser applicants by in-game dungeon score.

• Save and auto-apply custom notes for Dungeon Finder applications.

• Quick Signup: one-click apply to groups, with a Shift option to change roles.

Mythic+ Utilities

• Automatically mark the tank in dungeons with a raid marker.

• Keystone manager: auto-insert keystones, pull timers, and ready checks.

• Optional Teleport and Dungeon Compendium frames for easy dungeon access.

Potion Tracker

• Track health and combat potions for yourself and your group.

• Sound alerts for off-healing potions from specific classes.

Miscellaneous

• Hide unnecessary UI elements (e.g., Holy Power Bar, Rune Bar, Talking Head Frame).

• Enable quick looting for faster gameplay (works best with auto-loot disabled).

• Customize delete confirmation prompts with a “DELETE” feature.

This is my first add-on, and it started as a personal project. I wanted to consolidate the functionality of the numerous add-ons I used into one lightweight solution. My hope is to reduce the number of add-ons running in my game while still keeping all the small tweaks that make the game smoother and more enjoyable.

I’m sharing Enhance QoL in case anyone else finds it useful. I’d love to hear your feedback or suggestions for future updates! The add-on is available on CurseForge and Wago.io, and I’m actively working on improving it.

Did an Undead Strat TW run just now, and the Deathcharger's Reins dropped. The rogue in the group congratulates me with a "wow man" and it really does feel lucky still after all these years.

But I've had this mount for almost 15 years now. I tell the rogue to hold up and try to trade immediately, just in case- I was kind of surprised because I know certain things can't be traded even as dungeon drops- and... it fails to go through.

The goof had full bags.

But then they cleared a spot and I was able to give them the mount. They were so thrilled. It really felt like I made their night better. I've been having a rough day and the act of giving something helped one hell of a lot more than expected.

It just feels so good, especially since so many dungeon runs either feel like a slog or are wholly impersonal with no chatter (something I'm guilty of too), to have positive interactions with people in this game.
