I'll try to keep this short. My mom bought me the Mists of Pandaria collector's edition for Christmas back in 2012. At that time, my dad was going through cancer treatment and I would try to not think about all that by playing WoW.

Something about questing and leveling in Pandaria filled me with so much peace and I had a lot of fun exploring the new zones. For me, it is my favorite expansion and I first started playing WoW at the end of Cataclysm so it was my first full expansion.

My dad ended up passing away on November 10th 2013 from cancer. Looking at these achievements tells me that I was trying to drown out my grief in the great land of Pandaria. Seeing the ones from 2012 makes me remember a point in time where my dad was alive and I was happily grinding the Order of the Cloud Serpent reputation. WoW will always have a soft spot in my heart even if I decide to not play in the future.

I picked the game back up for TWW and I'm having a blast so far. Thank you Blizzard for helping a young teen manage his grief and mourning, and thanks for making MoP.

Blizzard added in-depth addon performance APIs into the game with 11.0.7, but didn't add any UI for it yet, so I decided to make my own :)

Downloadable via curseforge and wago: &

You can see for each addon, how much CPU time it consumed, what the biggest spike was, etc. You can also see how much each addon consumed on average during the last boss fight.

So after a boss fight, or after a bad lag spike, you can simply open the UI, and see which addon caused the lag spike, you can then tweak the addon's options, ask the author for advice, or just uninstall it if it's not something you care about :)

The past few weeks I have been working on a website that can scan your character, or account, for any mounts you might've forgotten to buy. If you want you can check it at

I've added leaderboards, warband mode, did a complete redesign, added a first iteration of the overview (all mounts) page.

I am running out of inspiration, what would you really like to see in the future? I would love some feedback :)

The Burning Crusade has 16 dungeons total yet almost all of them belong to one of 5 dungeon hubs (Magister's Terrace being the lone exception as it was added in the Sunwell update).

Vanilla WoW didn't do this, nor did we see the same approach in any of the post-TBC expansions. Sure, sometimes there might be a dungeon hub here and there containing 2-3 dungeons (like near the Icecrown Citadel) but nowhere near as prevalent as in TBC.

Do we know what's the reason behind this gamedesign decision? Was it to save development time via extensive asset reuse, since all the dungeons in a given hub belong to the same theme? Or was it an attempt to give the players convenience of not having to go to as many different places to run dungeons?
