Gay and bisexual men made up about 98% of all infections. This gives a clear path for targeted vaccination.

Yeah they said the same thing about HIV and AIDs so I think ill take this one with a pinch of salt.

Precise wording in science is important. The title and your response both imply that there is a biological reason behind it spreading among men who have sex with men which is simply not true.
