Is including the nation-of-origin of murdered fellow humans, in the article title, necessary?

Is it somehow less awful if they're from somewhere I don't plan to visit this year?

These are government leaders killing people who were trying to live their lives, like most of the rest of us.

If possible, let's name the government leaders giving the orders to murder innocent humans, and name the other government leaders choosing to support them. Also let's name any corporations openly funding those assholes.

Including the exact geography of where my fellow humans were trying to live their lives, when they got murdered, feels dog-whistle-y.
