I'm sure the strategy is to secure Pennsylvania (and also not scare anyone away, and not steal a seat away from the Senate like they would with Mark Kelly).

What exactly is the bar a vice president needs to meet to be considered not a “nobody” for you? I feel like being a governor of an entire state or a senator is a pretty notable thing, especially if you’re a popular one there
i know who rod blagojevich is and he's not even governor any longer, same with newsom and others. you probably didn't know who this guy was either
