Arsenic trioxide reacts with HCl to produce water, energy and some other good stuff (if I remember correctly - please chemists don't correct me: not reading that essay anyway). So I would be inclined to think that arsenic is more nutritious than water. Not sure what still stops you from binging arsenic.
