This isn't what's happening. If you read the article, you'll see that it's just Germany becoming more dependent on imports from China because domestic production costs are skyrocketing. Meanwhile, China is in turn dependent on Russia for reliable access to resources and energy.

You misspelled "America", since thanks to USA we now have Russia-China closing. And Germany, always having reason to get close to Russia, now is also getting close to China - it only need to take out its head from USA backside where it resides since last elections.
