Legit claim could come forward on his stolen video for sure, but taking the trademark and fucking with them wins him nothing in a legal sense, any judge is going to side with CNN. "Hmm, do I side with the huge mega corporation who has a brand, or dude who is making cum shirts"

Should have just lawyered up and pressured them after they stole the video
