I’ll take the dumb ringtone over some kid scrolling through TikTok full volume on the bus any day
Don't travel to South America then. Seems like the norm to play out loud from your phone there, no matter your age. I once sat at a restaurant in Colombia, where the restaurant was playing loud music, and every other table had someone also playing their own music or TikToks from their phone. I felt like a crazy person being the only one seemingly annoyed by it.
