There was never really enough discussion regarding the various Japanese women's wrestlers back in Ye Ol' Place, so let's fix that problem:

Who are your favourite Joshi? Favourite promotion? Faction? Title? Angle?

Who and what is the best of the best in your eyes?

I'm still learning since it's hard to follow for me (both language barrier wise and just because I'm not caught up on names and personas), but through AEW my faves are definitely Shida, Yuka, and VENY (I just wish I could to see more of VENY since I've only seen various matches through Youtube). I do prefer TJPW but that's mostly because Wrestle Universe is more accessible. I check out Stardom on YT too but I don't know a lot about it yet. I want to get better at it though.

I lowkey wish AEW would bring back the Woman of Honour branding and use it for both AEW and international womens wrestlers as a weekly showcase. I loved when Maria was putting it together in the final days of pre Tony ROH. If you do it like the US/Japan women's tournament they did and have Japanese and English versions, it could be a good way to introduce US wrestlers to Japan and Japanese wrestlers to the US and it would be beneficial to everyone.
