The average age on the council now a ripe young age of 52. Something tells me these people don’t actually care to understand why younger generations are leaving.

I support this initiative but having decrepit lawmakers decide what to invest in for the future seems like a joke.

Councils like this are prestige positions, they aren't actually going to solve anything, it's about making supporters feel important.
