I wouldn't plant them anywhere dodgy. I'd maybe look at putting them into an old ice cream tub, or for something a little more fancy (and smaller scale), I was thinking an old tin of monetta wafers would look fairly nice and shouldn't degrade as much as plastics would (and since there's no microplastics, you could probably plant it into the ground if you'd like)
Thatβs a good idea, I can definitely sort something out. I bought foil baking trays as a makeshift seed starter tray so could potentially even just thin them out and leave them in that
I only suggested it cause I bought a tin last week and am now thinking that the tin is just too nice to chuck straight in the bin
