Cox slammed Johnny Depp and Steven Seagal as "overrated" and "ludicrous" respectively.

they are picking quotes out of his memoir, doesn’t sound like Cox put them in the same sentence. He’s just talking about people he has worked with in his career.

Oh I see it now. He called Depp overrated, and Segal ludicrous, and it wasn't the same thought.
