So actually the first draft was "Lies, Damned Lies, and #EdTech policy documents" but I let techni-hype delude me into editing to ToS to make it snazzy.

The ToS are actually dead ass honest about the (often over) reach of their data collection, and small operators abide by their own ToS, and the law, whereas fines have been like proverbial water off the #Goohle and #MS' ducky backs.
