Campism is basically a pejorative like neoliberal, I don't know anyone who claims to be campist.

The wikipedia page is a pet article by some Youtuber named SocDoneLeft

"Neoliberal" is not just pejorative and not only do people self-identify as neoliberals, but it is a term used in a neutral way in plenty of contexts.
