It was a coup, and this is a well documented fact that is even widely cited in western sources. The fact that you keep trying to lie that it wasn't in face of all evidence, really says a lot. https://archive.ph/BAxYc

and maybe you should've talked to these people in Donbas your nazis buddies have been shelling since 2014 https://twitter.com/paulius60/status/1611148483859255296

Sure continue your armchair arguing based of Russian propaganda from far away Canada. You are just making a clown of yourself.

However he is likely correct in this context. To deny the possibility of CIA involvement in the 2014 coup is to ignore all the other governments they have helped to overthrow around the world. Dividing populations by furthering the cultural divide between ethnic groups is literally right out of the CIA playbook.

I dont know if you've seen this but it really helps bring a lot into context. I can't get any liberals to watch it since anything with Putin speaking they instantly discredit by calling it Russian propaganda.

He called it "Russian propaganda" right off the bat too, he really does eveything he can to prove he's just run of the mill proimperial lib

No I am not denying the CIA involvement, but it is far from the whole truth and IMHO just Russian propaganda that the Ukrainians did not also have legitimate reason for this revolution against a highly corrupt and partially foreign controlled government.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 2 years ago

Leave it to a western liberal to homogenize Ukrainians using a simplistic narrative.

LMAO CNN and other western publications are now Russian propaganda because they contradict your bullshit. Labelling anything that doesn't fit the war narrative has been the most successful liberal propaganda strategy in the war so far. I think anybody reading this thread can tell who the actual clown here is.

Also, while I may live in Candada today, both my parents were born in Ukraine, so I'm pretty sure I know more about Ukraine than a piece of shit German liberal.

[–] [email protected] -2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

You know, maybe put up or shut up and come here and see for yourself instead of listening to your parent's soviet nostalgia and Russian BS propaganda.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I'm not the one cheering this war on. You're the one who should put up or shut up here. If you really feel the way you do go enlist in foreign legion and fight shoulder to shoulder with your nazi compatriots.

[–] [email protected] -2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

I am not "cheering this war on", quite the contrary. Stop making a clown of yourself, ah and please do not enlist with your fascist imperialist Russian friends, that is not what I mean with put up or shut up. But I am sure the actual anti-war effort could use your help here in Europe.

Simple question, do you think that the west should stop prolonging this war by sending weapons to Ukraine?

[–] [email protected] -2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

No (edit: no I don't think the west should send offensive weapons to Ukraine). But I think failure in this war is a unique opportunity for the Russian population to see what a shit fascist mafia state they ended up in and it might result in them rethinking their support for autocrats like Putin.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 years ago (1 children)

The reaction from the west told Russians everything they needed to know about this war. Any doubts people had that Putin might've been exaggerating the threat from the west were completely removed once the mask fell off and the west showed its true hate for Russians.

When USSR collapsed, Russians wanted nothing more than to be integrated into the western system. Instead, the west wanted to colonize Russia and extract resources from it. I personally lived through the hell that was 90s that was created by Yeltsin regime that US helped install. The current government in Russia is a direct result of western actions. Reap what you sowed.

The reality is that Russia will win this war, and Ukraine will likely be destroyed in the process. Countless thousands will die, and everyone will be worse off in the end. All because the west could not live with an independent Ukraine that was neutral between the west and Russia.

The fascist mafia that runs the west will make a lot of money in the process though.

Its really sad that you have swallowed the post-90ties Russian propaganda hook, line and sinker. I actually know quite a few Russians that live in Russia and/or recently fled due to the conscription and they are not nearly as indoctrinated as you who only knows the situation from long past childhood memory.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 2 years ago

I haven't swallowed anything. I still have family in Russia, and I understand what things are like. Stop pretending you understand Russia better than I do. You are an incredibly conceited individual, and you're about to live through some very hard life lessons that will force you to reconcile a lot of the bullshit you've internalized throughout your life.
