It's raining gaming handhelds lately. Acer have now announced the New Nitro Blaze 8 and Nitro Blaze 11. Don't expect SteamOS / Linux on them though, sadly they're shipping with Windows 11. Never say never though, with Valve expanding SteamOS perhaps we may see Acer jump on board in future too.

16GB of RAM is not enough to run Windows plus game and the onboard graphics cannot even compete with a RX 580

A 780M is noticeably better than the Steam Deck GPU, which is what it'll be compared to.

I suspect that price is a bit high for most people. I think it's largely coming from those screens.

Please stop using UserBenchmark, they are dishonest to the point where they started throwing Intel CPU models scores out of whack negatively just to skew AMD results.
