My mom died and left me a house (a co-op if that matters) it has a lien on it for more then the house is worth. I've called real estate lawyers but none of them want to take me on. I think I just want to get rid of it but I want to talk to a lawyer before I do. Does anyone know what I should look for? Thanks in advance.

Maybe an estate lawyer? But I'm no expert.

Either way, my condolences to you.
