killing everyone who are opposed would mean decimating their source of income, the working class. you know they can't do it to all of us.. so we better make sure they know we know that

hmmm... should I use my absolute power to oppress and crush all the plebs? Or should I consider the prosperity from letting the plebs think they are free and trickle up all their cash to me, making me richer?

Surely, I can pretend my oppression is for the plebs freedom and enjoy both.
