Okay, I'm getting back on track now...

It's nice to have a couple of Gaku (glasses) centric episodes to start of the new cours.

@[email protected]

He's a much more relatable character than the front-and-center narcissistic sociopath Haru, and we get to see some of both his upstanding moral character as well as his awesome hacking skills.

I did like the scene where he's drawing upon his varied life experiences and people he's met, aside from Haru, to prepare. That felt very relatable.

He does luck out...

spoilerin that his hacking trail doesn't get traced back to his office.

Word to the wise, don't shit where you eat

And that Kirihime enters the picture and gives him exactly what he wanted, whereas a professional would likely.... have done something different.

Nonetheless, he does eventually realize that he has information leverage that he uses to get what he wants.

This show continues to be interesting to me, if less than flashy.

Oh yeah, OP2: "over the top" by Hiroji Miyamoto

and ED2: "EGOIST" by imase

Neither of these are very memorable compared to OP1, but Over The Top is better than ED2, and I do like the summary montage in OP2 that emphasizes that our heroes started from the bottom.
