Well, fuck you, Cooler Master.

As soon as I turned my VPN off I was able to successfully send my RMA request.

You might try running the page through Tor.

I've noticed ever since I switched to mullvad a lot of pages are being a nuisance that worked fine with proton. So far every link I've put into Tor has been able to access the pages without the warning even though the VPN is still running.
