Anche la consulenza del Legal Service sul rispetto dei nostri diritti fondamentali e le lettere di lobbying di Thorn ci vengono tenute nascoste
Il Mediatore europeo vede una "cattiva amministrazione" dovuta al "forte interesse pubblico nella divulgazione", "anche per quanto riguarda i diritti fondamentali interessati".

The Ombudsman inquiry team inspected the documents and, based on that, the Ombudsman was not convinced by the Commission’s arguments that their wider disclosure would (seriously) undermine the interests the Commission aimed to protect.

What interests did the Commission want to protect?
