I think its kind of silly to say doing a nazi salute doesn't make you a nazi. If we don't draw the line there, we keep moving the goalpost and before yoi know it we are discussing if guantanamo bay should be used as a concentration camp for immigrants and spoiler alert, too late it will be.
It doesn't "make" him a Nazi, rather it shows once again he's long been one. After all he has directly profited off apartheid
