Nutze datenschutzfreundliche E-Mail-Dienste wie mailbox.org oder Posteo, die keine Werbung schalten und deine Daten respektieren. So vermeidest du US-Anbieter wie Google Mail und Outlook, die deine E-Mails zur Profilerstellung und Werbung verwenden.

@[email protected] Ich kann die Einstellung verstehen. Aber auch die Argumente der anderen bzgl. Tuta, Proton etc., welche nur via eigener App/Browser gehen. Dadurch haben sie auch mehr Sicherheit.
IMAP/SMTP sind doch sehr „altbacken" und je nach Umsetzung auch nicht gerade sicher.
Es wird auf jeden Fall Zeit, dass mailbox.org auf App-Passwörter umstellt im Bereich IMAP/SMTP. Das ist schon nicht ungefährlich wie es aktuell ist.
