I will never accept/understand people using discord for some of the things it's used for! Hahaha. It's just not the right solution for stuff like that.
Honestly, I actually think this is one thing Discord is pretty good for. I mean, I still prefer open technology over closed, but for the sort of casual, ephemeral chats people used the daily threads for, Discord is perfect.
Now, games and software using Discord as their place for getting feedback, but reporting, user support, etc.…That, I absolutely cannot stand.
