Problem is, he can’t get one without the other. Ukraine can’t join NATO while still at war with Russia.

Ukraine joining NATO could be part of a peace agreement though.

Well, anything can be done. If all NATO member countries want to let Ukraine in, they can do so.

But of course, Hungary is a NATO country. So, no way really.
