In the 1960s, there were serious plans to open a luxury hotel on the moon. Humanity was so close to taking vacations in space, but history shows that it never happened... until now!

The lack of gravity is a mixed bag health wise (with still unknown effects), but a large part of it is only relevant if you plan to return to earth. I wager that we will see rich elderly people go into permanent orbit for actual health benefits of low gravity sometimes within this century.
