Don't know why this is a bad thing. You could literally put in whatever bullshit the AI wants to see and you're good to go. Like putting a bunch of keywords on your resume and setting the text size super tiny so the algorithms catch it. If they're gonna be this stupid about it you might as well game the system.

That's exactly why it's bad, you don't know what they're looking for and you don't know how they'll prompt the AI. So basically Doge is just rolling the die on whether or not someone "should be fired" is just asinine.

And I don't disagree. It's incredibly dumb. But it's so dumb it should be easy to game. I bet you $10 there'll be a "leak" within the next couple days that shows how to take advantage of it.

People doing work for the good of the nation shouldn’t have to “game” a system to justify the work they were hired to do. It’s problematic and wrong.
