It's a map with routing information, live traffic, road work etc. Offline maps available if needed but obviously no live traffic reporting then. Based on OpenStreetMap.

Magic Earth collects data on location while Organic Maps does not collect any.

I’m not so familiar with Mlymn (old lemmy ui)

Either way, both are awesome in their own right. ME for car navigation, OM for everything else.

And then StreetComplete to help them both. :-)
