AFAIK this is not an official channel. But to be fair, I just checked and I don't think it says so anywhere.
It is listed in their community page which adds to the confusion.

I checked since I wondered if there was some other place they are active on other than reddit and Twitter, and if they had their own forum.
Oops that's a bit embarrassing, but I really think the description should include "not an official Proton channel" or something in that case.
