That’s strange, why didn’t Bernie introduce any of this when his good friend, Joe Biden held the presidency and his party had at least one house of congress? I guess making a show of the government’s apathy and cruelty is only important when Trump is in office.

Am I reading this correctly that it was read and then shuffled off to the finance committee, reintroduced then shuffled off to the same committee again, and now is being reintroduced where it’s flatly denied rather than silently killed?
