Making someone a pariah for supporting a fascist - knowingly or unknowingly - only helps to erode the support of the fascist.
If they don't know what's going on, when they get their car vandalized they're going to ask why, then find out why, then sell it, if they have any moral compass.
Their stuff isn't damaged and can be easily fixed with a minor inconvenience. They're not being summarily executed. Calm down and let the people work.
There's a guy on YouTube that makes cheap electric wheelchairs for disabled kids. He drives around a cyber truck.
You do not touch stuff that isn't yours. You don't magically know everything about someone simply by the vehicle they drive.
You will never be morally correct in damaging someone else's stuff unless they are actively attacking you. You cannot claim that person is actively attacking you simply by owning a thing.
