Yes. I've disabled the snooze function, and the time the alarm goes off is the time I need to get up. If I can afford a bit more time I don't see the point in setting the alarm earlier and having a period of interupted sleep instead of just sleeping properly for as long as I can.

I always worry that if I turn snooze off, I'll sleep through the first alarm.

My theory is that you are much more likely to do that if you have trained yourself to believe the alarm sound is unimportant by constantly hitting the snooze button.
